What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is one monitored employee -- a person whose company device has the Toktra agent installed and whose AI usage is tracked. Pricing is per monitored employee per month, billed annually.
Is the IP Recovery module included in all plans?
IP Recovery is included in the Enterprise tier. For Professional tier customers, it is available as an add-on at $5/seat/month. It is not available on the Starter tier.
Is the Terminated Employee Lockout module included in all plans?
Terminated Employee Lockout is included in the Enterprise tier; for Professional tier customers it is available as an add-on at $3/seat/month. Today lockout revokes OpenAI access on offboarding, with additional providers on the roadmap.
